We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. If a product is unavailable or backordered, we will contact you by email.
We generally ship USPS for the best value on most orders.
Shipping and Handling Charges are calculated as follows:

$25.01 - $100 $13.00
$100.01 - $200 $17.00
$200.01 and over $20.00

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it:
- within 30 days,
- in new and unused condition,
- in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase
- noting the reason for return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 994, Orland Park, IL 60462. Please be advised that UPS & FedEx do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. No return parcels will be accepted C.O.D
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take an additional billing cycle before your refund is officially posted.
We must be notified of any damage within 7 days of receipt. Items found to be damaged after 7 days of receipt cannot be claimed for insurance damage or exchange.
